The Om Reiki Centre, in association with Liberty Life, Malaysia, is delighted to offer our inaugural Kuala Lumpur Level 1 Reiki course this August.
Presented by much praised teacher Jeremy O'Carroll, our KL Reiki course is for people who work too hard, find it difficult to relax - or simply want to boost their energy levels, improve their meditation and learn to heal.
Easy to learn and simple to put into practice, our unique Reiki lets you tap into a deep and reinvigorating part of yourself - far from the rush and anxieties of everyday living. It is an ideal way to heal yourself and others, even if you find traditional meditation, yoga and other such practices a struggle.
Our Kuala Lumpur Reiki course integrates the best features of both Western and newly discovered Japanese Reiki lineages to provide students with a depth of understanding only recently available.

Course Details:
Level 1 Reiki Course - Kuala Lumpur
This course helps students connect to Reiki energy. At its completion, students will:
- Be able to give Reiki treatment to both themselves and others
- Know all basic hand positions + several unique and powerful ones we have created (e.g., our special 'three-hands' technique)
- Have an understanding of the 5 Reiki precepts and why they can strengthen your practice
- Have practised several methods - like breathing into the 'hara' - for increasing the flow of chi and strengthening healing
- Know how to smooth the aura and cleanse the body of energetic impurities
- Know several meditation techniques to help tap into the body's energy system and, as a result, improve the energy flow within it (thus improving overall health)
- Have a basic understanding of the chakra system and how it effects our wellbeing
- Understand the importance of working intuitively with Reiki and how we can develop our intuition in healing
- Have an understanding of the true history of Reiki and how it can free us from dogma, superstition and fear.
The course is held over two days and all participants are welcome to contact Jeremy afterwards to discuss their reiki progress and ask questions.
The Om Reiki Centre is committed to guiding students after Reiki courses and is well aware that this is often an area neglected by many centres.
After the course, students will be able to participate in a free 21-day Reiki e-programme. This will help reinforce all they have learnt during the Reiki course and strengthen their connection to the Reiki energy.
All participants will receive a course certificate as well as a Level 1 Reiki manual with notes on all key information covered in the course.
