Anyone who has been in my healing circles for a while knows that I teach three energy modalities: Reiki, Pellowah and Chi Activation.
All three modalities complement each other, but sometimes people are confused about the order in which they should be learned (or whether they’ll benefit from learning them all).
So, in today’s article of the week, I’m going to do something a bit different and take time out from my more philosophical musings to explain what I’ll call the Om Healing Pyramid.
It outlines the ‘seven levels’of my complete healing system and, once and for all, clarifies their optimal sequence.
Level 1 =Reiki 1
On its most fundamental level, you might argue that Reiki is all about energy.
Yes, it’s a ‘spiritual’ system that ultimately aims at ‘enlightenment,’ but the most basic vehicle it uses to push us in that direction is energy.
It teaches us to connect to ‘Rei-Ki’ or ‘spiritual energy’.
And it is the use of this energy that helps us clear energetic blocks, recharge our body with healing energy, and reconnect us more to our essential selves.
Along the way, it helps us stay emotionally balanced through grounding exercises and techniques (in particular by connecting us to the hara, a crucial energy centre that lies beneath the navel), and it also teaches us to channel energy both to heal ourselves and others.
So if you are just starting out on your spiritual journey, it is the perfect place to begin.
It will teach you meditations.
It will help you connect (in a very concrete manner) to energy.
And it will make you more emotionally balanced.
Level 2 = Reiki 2
Reiki 2 elevates everything you learn in Reiki 1, and it does this principally through the use of ancient symbols and mantras.
These symbols and mantras help you to access two broad forms of energy: Earth and Heavenly energy.
The first symbol and mantra connect you to Earth energy.
This energy is grounding, and it will help keep you balanced even when you are around energetically ‘negative’ people or places.
This ‘Earth’ energy will also give your healing work greater raw power, and it does this, in part, by strengthening the hara.
The second symbol and mantra connect you to 'heavenly energy', a higher-vibrational energy ideal for subtler forms of healing.
For healing things that are less tangible.
For chronic issues.
For issues that have a more emotional/psychological origin.
Reiki 2 also teaches you to do powerful distance healing, which dramatically increases your healing possibilities, for now you can work on people even if they live on the other side of the planet.
Level 3 = Chi Activation 1
Chi Activation massively expands your ‘healing range’.
As a multi-frequency modality, level 1 teaches you to harness the power of three healing energies, those connected to the Earth star, heart and soul star chakras.
By learning to tap into the power of three vastly different energies, you will dramatically increase the range of issues you can effectively work on.
You will also be able to produce more precise and subtle healing.
For now, you have an energy frequency for all occasions.
If you need grounding energy, you use the Earth star chakra frequency.
If you need ultra-high vibrational energy, you tap into the soul star chakra frequency.
And if you need something balanced and serene, you channel the heart chakra frequency.
So it is never one size fits all.
It is healing tailored to the needs of your client’s unique demands.
Apart from its three ‘activations’ (a little like Reiki attunements) that connect you to these energies, Chi Activation Level 1 also includes a palm chakra activation.
This will help you increase the power of both your self-healing and your healing of others, since more energy will now be able to flow out of your palms.
Level 4 = Pellowah
Pellowah healing excels in working on the auric field.
Indeed, it only works on the auric field!
After being attuned to it, you’ll learn to tap into an ultra-high-vibrational energy that ‘reprograms’ you on a non-physical level – something that has a healing effect on your mind, body and emotions.
In particular, after learning Pellowah, you’ll find that it helps you sharpen your intuition, heighten your clarity, and work on any chronic issues that may be plaguing you or others.
Level 5 = Chi Activation 2
Chi Activation 2 vastly expands on everything you learn in CA 1.q
In particular, it activates three of the most critical chakras for healing: the base, crown and 6th (third eye)chakras.
The base chakra is essential for grounding.
The crown chakra is critical for drawing in healing energy from Source (indeed, most healing energy – most of the time – enters into our body via the crown chakra).
The third eye is our gateway to heightened intuition.
By activating three more chakras and their healing frequencies in CA 2, we refine and deepen our healing precision still further.
What’s more, we discover how we can attune our entire body to these healing frequencies for deep, energy-based meditation.
This meditation heals us on a cellular level – like a restorative and balancing energy bath.
In CA 2, we also get to the heart of Chi Activation, which is ‘vibrational balancing’. This teaches us how to balance the energy in ourselves and others to create inner harmony and health.
In the process – and through the help of crystals and Mayan chimes – we learn to discern ever-finer shades of energy – something that helps us to do far more precise and subtle healing.
In CA 2, we also begin deep work on all sevenlayers of the auric field. Since the origin of most (if not all) conditions lies in the auric field, working on it is essential for much deep healing work.
Finally, CA 2 is also where we learn to do potent distance healing that – naturally –works both on a client’s physical body and auric field.
Level 6 = Reiki Master Level
This is the level for anyone who wants to work with Reiki or teach it.
It includes a Master Level attunement to heighten your connection to Reiki energy and help connect you to what is traditionally called the ‘Great Bright Light’ (the translation of the name of the Reiki Master Level symbol).
This level teaches you to go beyond the hands and learn to heal with your whole body.
This takes your healing work from a kind of ‘mono’ to ‘stereo’.
It makes it deeper.
It makes it more powerful.
The Reiki Master Level also teaches several advanced healing techniques, including psychic surgery and ‘third eye’ Reiki.
With these techniques, you’ll regularly be able to shift even stubborn issues, and when you combine them with not only the power of the Reiki master symbol, but also the five other esoteric symbols you’ll learn in the course, you’ll greatly increase the range of issues you can successfully work on.
Finally, in the Master Level course, you’ll learn how to teach and attune others. In this way, instead of simply throwing people a ‘healing fish’, you can ‘teach them to fish’, and as a result, heal themselves.
For anyone who wishes to truly change the world through healing work, this is a powerful step in the right direction.
Level 7 = Chi Activation 3 (Master Level)
The Chi Activation Master Level teaches my most advanced healing techniques.
It begins by activating you to the final three chakra energiesin our system (navel, solar plexus, and throat chakra).
The navel chakra energy gives us emotional balance and heightened intuition.
The solar plexus chakra energy gives us drive, energy and a joy in taking action.
The throat chakra is essential for expression, communication and connecting to our Higher Self.
Even more importantly, however, the CA Master Level teaches us to energetically go ‘off-grid’.
In other words, it teaches us how to tap into a near-infinite range of energies that lie beyond both the chakras and other healing modalities.
This allows us to do ‘vibrational balancing’ with surgical precision, for whenever there is an energetic imbalance, we will learn to tap into the exact balancing frequency.
In this level, you’ll also learn how to heal multiple people at once and practice my most advanced healing methods, like my T'ai chi energy ball and String Healing Techniques.
These enable you to work with multiple energies on multiple points simultaneously.
If you are looking to teach Chi Activation, then you’ll also learn how to do that in the Master Level (and be given the resources to do so).
A brief summary like this can never do any of the healing modalities (and their levels) justice. But it can provide you with an overview of their main features and the ideal sequence most people should take to learn them.
That said, the most important thing when figuring out what modality you should learn in any given moment is your intuition.
So, while the sequence given is my general recommendation, if you are moved to do things differently, you should follow that impulse.
Intuition always trumps rules, as handy as they might be.
